Booking Terms & Conditions
1. General
1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Affluxi (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 By making a booking, the guest (“you”, “your”, “the lead guest”) agrees to comply with these Terms.
1.3 The lead guest is responsible for ensuring all occupants follow these rules.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1 Full payment is required as per the booking platform’s policies (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
2.2 A security deposit may be required and will be held to cover damages, extra cleaning, breaches of house rules, or missing items.
2.3 We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received within 7 days ahead of your stay.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
3.1 Check-in: From 3pm (unless otherwise agreed).
3.2 Check-out: By 10am (unless otherwise agreed).
3.3 Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
3.4 Guests must follow the self-check-in instructions provided.
4. Guest Responsibilities
4.1 All guests must respect the property, neighbours, and community.
4.2 Only the number of guests stated in the booking may stay at the property.
4.3 No parties, events, or unregistered visitors are permitted.
4.4 The property must be left in a reasonably clean condition. Excess mess may incur additional cleaning fees.
4.5 Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Fees apply for violation.
4.6 Pets are only permitted if pre-approved.
4.7 Noise must be kept to a minimum between 11pm and 7am.
5. Damages, Breakages & Call-Outs
5.1 Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or breakages caused during the stay.
5.2 Costs will be deducted from the security deposit or charged directly if needed.
6. Cleaning & Maintenance
6.1 The property will be professionally cleaned before arrival.
6.2 For long stays, additional cleaning can be arranged upon request.
7. Health, Safety & Security
7.1 Guests must not tamper with safety equipment (smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, CCTV outside the property, etc.).
7.2 CCTV is used externally for security, by way of ring doorbell and is for guest safety only.
7.3 Candles, portable heaters, or other fire hazards are not permitted.
8. Internet Usage
8.1 Free WiFi is provided for general use.
8.2 Illegal downloads, streaming of prohibited content, or misuse of the network is forbidden.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
9.1 The cancellation policy stated on the booking platform applies.
9.2 No refunds will be given for early departures, no-shows, or breaches of rules resulting in removal.
10. House Rules Compliance
10.1 Breaching house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
10.2 We reserve the right to remove guests who pose safety risks, cause disruption, or breach these Terms.
11. Liability
11.1 Affluxi Ltd is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
11.2 Guests must ensure their own travel and personal insurance.
11.3 We shall not be liable for events outside our control (power cuts, weather, emergencies, etc.).
12. Force Majeure
12.1 We are not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather, utility outages, or government restrictions.
12. Data & Privacy
12.1 Guest information is handled securely and in accordance with GDPR.
12.2 CCTV, if present, covers external areas only for safety and security.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
